A week on Seabrook Island gives you enough time to explore the island without turning every bike ride into an event that has to be planned in advance. Having bikes available at your vacation property means you can ride when the weather, tide, and family schedule make sense.
SurfScooter’s current 4–7 day rental period is $55 per rental item, making it the most practical option for a typical vacation week.
Why Keep Bikes for the Whole Vacation?
Seabrook is particularly well suited to having bikes available throughout your stay. The island’s official bike map includes both paved bike paths and suggested bike routes, while Seabrook Island Road creates an approximately six-mile loop around the community.
Instead of deciding in advance which single day will be your “bike day,” a weekly rental lets you take a short morning ride, bike toward the beach later in the week, or explore another part of Seabrook when everyone has more time.
A Simple Week of Seabrook Riding
Start with a short ride close to your rental property so everyone becomes comfortable with the bikes. Later in the week, consider riding portions of the Seabrook Island Road loop, the Lake House area, North Beach, Pelican Beach, or toward Freshfields Village.
Families do not all have to use the same equipment. Adult beach cruisers can be combined with 16-, 20-, or 24-inch kids bikes, trailers, a baby-seat bike, or a Tagalong.
Choose the Correct Sizes First
Use the Bike Size Guide before building the reservation. Rider height is the best starting point, followed by confidence and riding ability.
Reserve Before the Vacation
SurfScooter provides delivery and pickup for eligible Seabrook vacation-rental addresses, so your group can have the equipment available during the stay without transporting bikes in your vehicle.
